Total Auto Care Center

Needed to get a new alternator in my older model minivan. After speaking to Gianna, who quoted me a price for half the amount I had my vehicle towed from a nearby dealership to Total automotive care. Gianna was courteous and professional as well as the rest of the staff that I met there! The shop was large clean and well managed. I am happy I got the chance to utilize their services and I highly recommend them going forward!

Every Visit that I have taken to Total Auto Care has been pleasant. With Customer service as well; Gianna at the front counter is always welcoming, greeting me with a smile. I will continue to recommend Total Auto Care!

So so pleased. Came to TACC to see Ben and Roy on a referral from a Jupiter mechanic who could not accommodate our van. The nicest people- professional but friendly and they work very well together. Shop is clean and organized. It shaved some time that we had the parts needed and everything went great Very reasonable price as well. Honestly we thought we were needing a hotel given the magnitude of our issue but we were on our way 3 hours later with smiles on our faces. Gianna even offered to grab my snack and a water from the van while it was being worked on- what a doll! Our dogs stayed cool in the clean waiting area - overall a very pleasant way to solve a bad problem. Highly recommend this crew for any car and especially our MB sprinter van

Great service. Honest people. We’ve been going there with all of our cars! Gianna is the sweet young lady at the front desk and we wish her the best in her music future.
